1.Extruded split tee

Extruded split tee is single piece of branch and run sleeve (no weld at crotch). The split tee manufactured from extrusion process. The benefit of extruded split tee is less stress at crotch weld. PowerPipe supply the extruded type fitting to many customers in Thailand. Our extruded split tees are ordered form USA/Europe sizing from 2”x2” to 60”x60” with Deliver time depend on sizing & factory workload.

2.Fabricated split tee

Fabricated split tees are used generally in most Oil & Gas industries in Thailand. B31.3, B31.4 & B31.8 are allowed to use Fabricated split tee. The split tee can be designed to meet piping/pipeline design parameter. We are able to fabricate sizing from 1.5”x0.75” to 42”x42” split tee with 1 to 4 weeks Delivery time. Some size are stocked; such as 2”x1”, 2”x2” , 3”x2”, 3”x3” to 10”x10”.

3.Reinforced set on branch

Reinforced set on branch fitting can be used for branch pipes which are smaller than carrier pipe. B31.3, B31.4 & B31.8 are allowed to use Reinforced set on branch fitting. The Reinforced set on branch fitting can be designed to meet piping/pipeline design parameter. This type of fitting are economic and can be delivered fast.
